About Novel & Routine

I started writing Novel and Routine on LinkedIn as a way to share my feelings and thoughts about work, career, and leadership. It’s my way of processing things I’m learning, doing, and experiencing in my professional capacity, and I’ve learned that processing out loud with other people is the best way to give and receive the know-how that do not exist in any textbooks or trainings.
